Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines permitted and prohibited uses of CyberRoad networks, numbers, and automation. All clients and their end campaigns must comply.
Permitted Uses
- Transactional notifications (order status, account alerts, fraud verification)
- Engagement calls after documented opt-in (onboarding, appointment reminders)
- IVR and voice-agent flows with clear identity disclosure and opt-out paths
- Calls using verified caller ID and STIR/SHAKEN attestation where available
Prohibited Uses
- Unsolicited bulk marketing, spam, or robocalls without prior express consent
- Caller ID spoofing, impersonation, or anonymous harassment
- Contacting numbers on applicable Do-Not-Call registries without exemption
- Illegal, deceptive, or high-risk verticals (as determined during KYC)
- Traffic pumping, SIM boxing, or other telecom fraud patterns
Enforcement
We monitor traffic patterns and complaint ratios. Suspected violations trigger investigation, throttling, or termination without refund. Serious abuse may be reported to regulators and upstream carriers.
