Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the CyberRoad Integration Portal and use of our B2B communication integration services. By submitting a registration or using our infrastructure, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

Services are offered to legal business entities only. You represent that you have authority to bind your organization and that use will comply with applicable telecommunications and data-protection laws.

Service Scope

CyberRoad provides SIP trunking, voice agents, IVR, and related integration support on a transactional and engagement basis. Service levels, pricing, and technical specifications are defined in separate order forms or master agreements.

Consent & Outreach

Portal registration requires explicit opt-in consent for verification calls. Clients must maintain provable consent for all end-user outreach routed through our network. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberRoad is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Winchester, MA after good-faith negotiation.
